Mr.Rauf Khalilov was re-elected as President of the Azerbaijan Golf Federation

On April 8 the General Assembly of the Azerbaijan Golf Federation Public Union was held at the administrative building of the Ministry of Youth and Sports. The event commenced with the performance of the National Anthem.

The Minister of Youth and Sports Farid Gayibov addressed the participants, extending his greetings and wishing them continued success.

The President of the Azerbaijan Golf Federation Rauf Khalilov, highlighted the importance of sustained efforts to develop golf in Azerbaijan. During the meeting, a presentation of the Federation’s activity report for the period 2022–2025 was delivered.

Following the approval of the agenda, the updated version of the Public Union’s Charter was presented, discussed, and adopted by vote.

Elections to the Federation’s leadership were also held. According to the results Rauf Khalilov was re-elected as President for the next four-year term. Kamal Ibrahimov and Anar Azimov were elected as Vice Presidents. Kamran Gasimov, Zaur Ibrahimov, and Kamal Ibrahimov were elected as members of the Board.

In addition, elections to the Audit Committee were conducted. Afag Zeynalova was elected Chairperson, with Nigar Ibrahimova and Samaya Rasulzade elected as members.
