SARDA Group Discusses Potential Electric Bus Cooperation with Ankara Municipality
The CEO of SARDA Group Mr. Rauf Khalilov held a constructive meeting with the Mayor of Ankara Mr. Mansur Yavaş, to discuss potential cooperation in the field of electric public transportation.
During the meeting, held on behalf of SARDA Group and the Azerbaijan Energy Automotive Factory, the parties explored opportunities for the supply of electric BYD buses assembled in Azerbaijan to the city of Ankara. The discussions focused on sustainable mobility solutions and the growing demand for environmentally friendly public transport systems.
SARDA Group expressed appreciation to the Municipality of Ankara for the open dialogue and the opportunity to explore potential collaboration. The meeting once again highlighted that strengthening strategic cooperation between Azerbaijan and Turkey remains a shared priority for both countries, particularly in the areas of innovation, sustainability, and industrial partnership.
