Mr. Peter Szijjártó - Head of Foreign Relations and New Business Development at BYD, visited Baku as part of his business trip.

During his business visit to Baku, Mr. Peter Szijjártó - Head of Foreign Relations and New Business Development at BYD, participated in a meeting with representatives of SOCAR and SARDA Group, BYD’s local partner in Azerbaijan.

The meeting brought together representatives of SOCAR led by its President - Mr. Rovshan Najaf, alongside the SARDA Group delegation headed by the company’s CEO - Mr. Rauf Khalilov.

Discussions focused on sustainability, green energy initiatives, and opportunities to strengthen cooperation in support of Azerbaijan’s energy transition. Participants exchanged views on the integration of renewable energy technologies into industrial processes, the advancement of sustainable mobility, and innovative technological solutions that can contribute to the country’s long-term industrial development.
